Dida Kutz is an ordained, secular wedding officiant offering a simple fee structure:

​$200-$300: A simple pre-written ceremony in Monterey (Watsonville to Big Sur) with up to 15 guests. Officiant available/on-site for up to thirty (30) minutes. 50% retainer fee.

$125: Short pre-written ceremony limited to the couple, 2 witnesses (none required if a confidential wedding--see below), and the minister for an intimate wedding. Service area limited.

​

$125 for confidential weddings: Short pre-written ceremony limited to the couple and the minister for an intimate wedding. Service area limited. Couple is required to provide the confidential wedding license.

All prices includes an initial 15 minute consultation and mailing of the marriage license to the County Clerk's office within 5 days of the ceremony. It is the responsibility of the couple to obtain a certified copy.

Further information on obtaining a wedding license is here, with a link for online application. You must have your license in possession day of ceremony. If you cannot provide your own witnesses (2 required), we can do so for an additional fee of $50 each.

Valid ID: Both parties must have valid current ID (which includes a photo) on hand after the ceremony in order to sign the marriage certificate.
